Works Photography for Business / Be There 360 Photography retains the rights to all photography, videos and/or tours. The purchaser is granted a license to use the photography for personal and commercial purposes such as advertising in print or on the web.

The purchaser may not sell, give away or otherwise distribute photography, videos or tours to any other person or company under any circumstance without written authority from Works Photography for Business / Be There 360 Photography. Hosted Tours will be available for a maximum of 1 year. Renewal fees may apply to extend hosting beyond 1 year.

Cancellations – It is important for you to stay in touch with all parties involved with the photography appointment, i.e. sellers, assistants etc. to make sure that everything is ready on the scheduled date and time.

Works Photography for Business / Be There 360 Photography retains the rights to use all photography, videos and/or tours for self-promotion efforts, including print and web use.
